It is long overdue to begin getting rid of these judges, decreeing actions from the bench, in support of totalitarianism.

"...we should pass some laws that punish them, and then remove them." I'm sure if any such law were passed by the con-gress, there will be a plethora of judges declaring it unconstitutional and void.

Seeing some of the politician/lawyers/judges in the news I'm thinking all some individuals have to do is pass the DEI exam and they will receive a box of crackerjacks with a law degree in it.

    I promise you.
    Good Compliance Requires BOTH.

If you compromise yourself that they have the dirt on you, that only plays for so long. Because then each EXTRACTION they make from you takes a toll.

Now, if they EXTRACT compliance from you, AND reward you with $$$.
Then this eases the pain in a funny way. At least you got something for it.
And now you can convince yourself it's within your beliefs...

And now you are a happy lapdog, and not a hostage.

we are WAY past that time.
But at the least we should pass some laws that punish them, and then remove them.

If they are "randomly" selected for the same political party attacks (Moasberg) multiple times in a row.

One Political Injunction Per President Per Judge?

Again... The Death Penalty makes the most sense to me.

The cynical part of me had whip came to mind first, but I suppose it could be some kind of carrot.

I wonder what "they" have on that judge to get a ruling like that from afar?

Even a Jackass Party sycophant can somehow get a law degree and put on a black linen robe.

Well said. However, we are beholden to these miscreants. That is different than noting that that are foolishly feeding their psychological parasites

"It's easy to run to others. It's so hard to stand on one's own record. You can fake virtue for an audience. You can't fake it in your own eyes. Your ego is your strictest judge. They run from it. They spend their lives running. It's easier to donate a few thousand to charity and think oneself noble than to base self-respect on personal standards of personal achievement. It's simple to seek substitutes for competence--such easy substitutes: love, charm, kindness, charity. But there is no substitute for competence."
