- 2Posted by mccannon01 16 hours, 54 minutes agoWhen I saw the report with the video of a teacher in California leading her second grade class on a protest of ICE all I could think of were newsreels of the Chinese cultural revolution under Mao. Same with all the protests in high schools and colleges across our land. These kids are clueless. - 3Posted by mccannon01 16 hours, 24 minutes agoIt's a shame there are school districts in some large cities that suck up billions in tax dollars yet their graduates are functionally illiterate. There are plenty of examples of poor grammar and bad spelling flooding the Internet. I used to think, "don't people bother proofreading their writing anymore?", but now I'm thinking, "they don't know any better!".
