The Steelers had one of their receivers penalized Sunday for going to the ground during an end zone celebration. Why should this be any different?

There was a rules change this past off season. Going to the ground is prohibited with the exception of a religious expression. I guess the officials were unaware of what he was doing but it's too confusing making that distinction. The player can go back to the sideline and do whatever he wants.

Nobody penalized Tim Tebow for "Tebowing" after touchdowns. Why should this be any different?
