He really negatively impressed me with his huge goofy grin while walking along waving his arms all over the place as if overjoyed for even being noticed.
Moving on to Meme #3 Top next door, last week I heard on my car radio that Minnesotans REALLY ARE driving by the Walz home screaming "Retard" at the retard who lives there.
