Making You a Better Maker; no longer shadow-banned UV sterilization device

Enjoy my new, free-to-you electronic maker textbook, Making You a Better Maker, courtesy of The Kern Family Foundation (KFF) and its Kern Entrepreneurial Engineering Network; https://lnkd.in/eMN8RJ-8; Douglas Melton) via

For those looking to participate in value-for-value exchange, read to the end of the message, and then contact me about buying one of my UV sterilization units. The Kern Family Foundation funded the book development and explicitly said that it wanted its 3C's of curiosity, connections, and creating value to be disseminated as widely as possible as part of the funding agreement in Nov. 2018.

For those who think that this is advertising, it is, and I am paying monthly for it to the Galt's Gulch Online site owners, as it is an outgrowth of my nanotechnology minor.

https://lnkd.in/eGEdEeX4 contains a list of topics for experiments and lab equipment we are building to go on future space missions for the new Center for Science, Technology, and Advanced Research in and for Space (C-STARS; https://cstars.space). The first attachment (https://lnkd.in/ewEJRFkm) lists what projects students chose for my maker class this term. I am funding my portion of this out-of-pocket and have several industrial partners that are honoring my "Field of Dreams"-like "If I build it, they will come." philosophy.

Within the narrated PowerPoint entitled brennertalktovayaspace.pptx at https://lnkd.in/e-uHf5mh, pages 6-15 outline the approach I am taking to form entrepreneurial, postdisciplinary engineers. Postdisciplinary engineers are capable of handling any project you throw at them (i.e. They are avatars.), whereas multidisciplinary engineers typically have a few gaps in their skill set or mindset that prevent them from considering some projects.

Within https://lnkd.in/ekiDc9YS, you will see a list of topics for a new Center for Science, Technology, and Advanced Research in and for Space (C-STARS) on pp. 2-3. On pp. 5-6 of that same link, you will find the equipment we are building.

As part of the early stages of the maker class, I started a company named Chem-Free Solutions to make UV sterilization devices that can be viewed on YouTube at https://lnkd.in/eVdKgjrN. Not all microorganisms are inactivated by the same wavelength. The VersaTILE consists of a combination of UV wavelengths arranged to maximize the effects of ultraviolet germicidal irradiation.

Because I had the boldness to say that Dr. Anthony Fauci was very wrong on several important points before I was finally proven correct, I was shadow-banned by Google/YouTube for several years. I delayed the official start of the company until the MedTech and Microchips event on 9/25/2025 because I knew that fighting Google was a bigger fight than I could take on. Now that the shadow ban is lifted, my company can finally take off.

I know of someone who has expressed the need for tech like you have developed.
It would be a different application, but I think your kids would be up to the challenge of the modifications.
You'll have to PM on this one because the application is highly patentable.
