We're effectively Galt's Gulch, minus a Midas Mulligan or Ragnar Danneskjold to bankroll a local private community (though there are several past and ongoing attempts to overrun a town and/or county for that purpose).

It isn't as active as it used to be, because the rest of my cohort (tech savvy men in their early 20s) have already made the move and are more focused on the community and their families than on online recruitment.
