Putin is not a mad man. He is a power hungry tyrant. He knows exactly what he is doing. His issue is that he is playing with one bishop and two pawns against a whole chess set. Now, we have the issue of how to do better than stalemate before he kicks over the board.

As for the title, its my commentary on events.
The media has frequently said what a madman Putin is,
but both DJT and EM actions yesterday were so
    screw-loose foolish that even a so-called madman
appears as a rational statesman in comparison.
Don't even get me started on who the actual madman
was in the White House for 4 long years.
    As for Trump's frequent on-line comments;
It is better to remain silent and be thought a fool than to make statements that remove all doubt.
(Likely a paraphrase of Proverbs 17:28)

Not sure what the link has to do with the title.

There is only three ways out of this:
    1) enable Putin to look ok in Russia, and end the war. My version does NOT allow Putin to deny Ukraine NATO Membership. Putin gave that up when he invaded.
    2) Real war. I am personally up for this. Bet 75-100% of Russia's missiles don't work.
    3) Putin dies.

BTW, Trump is a complete, unreserved BUFFOON, for suggesting he use government force against Elon for disagreeing with him. This is EXACTLY what people assert he will do, and IS TOTALITARIAN AUTHORITARIANISM. He should eat those words and never speak them again.

Trump is not your typical lying Politician. He maybe unconventional and I am thankful for that. He is effective there is no doubt about that.

Ditto, ditto. It's like a bunch of kindergartners going at it, with tongues sticking out at each other for good measure.

VVP made it clear to the Russian oligarchs that he was in charge, not them. Unlike Ukraine, where the corruptable government and oligarchs divvied up and sold off to crooks and 3rd worlders the $90 Billion in left-behind Soviet weaponry post 1991.

He also has a PHD in Economics .EU weenies are discovering sanctions backfire badly, even while Brussels keeps $300 billion in stolen Russian assets and Ursula Van Der Crazy Liar uses the interest payments to provide missiles to Kiev's Nazis

They are? Bill Clinton was the most Frequent Flyer on the plane to Paradise Island. Pam Bondi's quick converison to covertness regarding the so-called Epstein "investigation" tells me the oligarchs protect their own, Left or Right.

    I couldn't agree more.
I like your style, unlike that of EM and DJT.
(I hope it's just an act as DJT is so famous for, but
I had more respect for EM's businesslike approach before this.)

I could see this as being a setup, to 1) push to get the "Big Beautiful Bill" to be better and 2) call out / troll the media for how they behave.
A number of conservative commentators have come out and said "both are right" - not about the insults, of course, but about 1) the necessity of passing the bill and 2) the necessity to CUT MORE.

The Donald and Must are both acting like children in their tweets, etc. I'm really disappointed. I've had some massive, high-level disagreements in my professional life...at least a couple of them involving the governor's office in a very large, Marxist state. I've always been respectful in disagreement and it's always worked out for the better. But, to hurl insults like this...disappointing. Elon seems worse than The Donald. Maybe I just have a strange style....

Putin is a rational intelligent statesman who cleaned up his country in his first 8 yrs . He unlike Trump is not being undermined by his own govt.
USA has been infiltrated ,so has the media. Trump uses Kayfabe to fool the fools.

Well , finally the left is asking for the Epstien info. That’s interesting. The left who loved Elon and then hated him , now love him again , a bit of whiplash perhaps.

The problem is they both seem to be right in their criticism of the other. America isn't winning here.
