Presidents get around this by scheduling, often some minor event.

This should be changed so that 75% or more of the activity by conducted on public business. This is pure theft.

    Haven't seen a POTUS in my lifetime that was worth protecting from the people.
    The protection is from other elites with political aspirations. Let the party pay for his protection if they value the traitorous slime.
