A good SCOTUS Ruling; Can't force or coax kids into life-transforming decisions

Excellent SCOTUS Ruling. However, it does not exonerate Barrett or Roberts traitors.

Amazing that kids can't smoke, drink or have sex with adults, but people want to let them make an irreversible decision that transforms their entire life.

A note, I worked with AG Skrmetti's father, who was an absolutely great, nice and smart guy. The nicest you would ever meet. Met his son, the TN AG and his sister as kids a few times. Helped him tune a guitar when he was about 14. Connected on LinkedIn a while back He is another great, smart, high performing guy!

Bet TDS sanctuary cities who protest (and worse) against ICE will be a sanctuary to go underground for carving up kids too.

    Allosaur, I agree.
The sadness comes from hear that people were arguing for the opposite. Literally fighting up to SCOTUS to decide.

We are lost. The kids are screwed.
The upside of zero population growth is that those that remain (the remnants) will inherit a lot if the can learn to separate the good from the bad!

How are trans-kids part of the zero population growth? Just because they end up sterile?

I don't think we need more people. We have plenty.

It's all powered by the "zero population growth" movement, just like Roe v. Wade.

If we could neutralize that influence, the problem would remedy itself.

This is one of those instances where I have to agree with the religious right.

This is~~well, it's only about damn freakin' time!~~a wonderful if purely a common sense ruling.
The three creatures posing as justices who voted against it deserve to be repeatedly drop-kicked all the way out of the Supreme Court building if not out of Washington D.C. itself.
Scumbags who would mutilate kids for money are sociopathic ghoulish monsters who deserve to be carved up the same damn way~~but without anesthetics!

Excellent ruling! Minors are protected from making irreversible and/or idiotic decisions in many legal scenarios as noted above. This, to me, is a no brainer. When they reach the age of majority and are responsible for themselves I don't care what they do in this respect.
