Thank you for including Article 92 of the Uniform Code of Military Justice. It proves that those who say otherwise are breaking an oath, and therefore are the REAL threat.

Article 92 of the Uniform Code of Military Justice, is clear in this matter.
“Any person subject to this chapter who—
violates or fails to obey any lawful general order or regulation;
having knowledge of any other lawful order issued by a member of the armed forces, which it is his duty to obey, fails to obey the order; or
is derelict in the performance of his duties; shall be punished as a court-martial may direct.”

The orders must be “lawful” otherwise you have an OBLIGATION to disobey.

The Nuremburg Trials settled the argument that "Just Following Orders" is not a valid defense. This is what the Government fears and is trying to pre-empt. When our leaders become tyrannical and begin issuing unlawful orders, men and women like the Oath Keepers refuse to violate the constitution and will no seize our guns because that would be an unlawful order.

Unfortunately I see way too many brain-dead government employees like the TSA and others where they seem to think they have no personal accountability if they say "Well I was just following orders."

I don't understand what this will accomplish...I would like to know what their plan is. I'm starting to worry a little more every day. If its considered an act of terrorism to defend the constitution...then everything our country was founded on is gone.
