The most important characteristic of the current tariff war is the "war" started long before Trump came around and America is losing. Add to that if tariffs are so bad then why has virtually every nation in the world successfully employed them against America? As far as I can tell there is zero coverage of these points in any so called business publication or broadcasting station. Even though it might hurt a little bit for a time, I'm with Trump on this one. As for DOGE's predicted mass layoffs I figure most of those jobs never should have existed in the first place.

Follow the money. 2000 years ago it only took 30 pieces of silver to sell out an innocent man and few coins thrown to the crowd to administer the coup de grace with the mantra, "Give us Barabbas!". Trump is no Christ, but the press today sure resembles the crowd.

Well, I tried to emphasize I was not focusing on lying or bias, but on the sheer uniformity of the financial press on Trump. Not that it changes the big picture but I have personally some individuals of great integrity and honesty in the leadership of the Journal.

You are just realizing that the WSJ is a gang of liars fronting for the Wall St den of lying thieves ?
The WSJ has been a propaganda arm for the financial cartel since its inception.
They just did a better job of hiding it back when the data they lied about wasn't easily available.
Wall St makes a lot of profit from volatility and the WSJ (and other shills for WallSt) has the herd
moving in the direction that maximizes the WallSt cartel's profits- stealing from honest investors.

Thank you for writing about the political side of this. 👍
