When a post is voted down from its default alotment of 1 to 0, unless a Forums user is lucky enough to have seen the post in time, a, made note of the title, b, and of the poster's username, c, that user, even if she or he wanted to find that post again, would find this virtually impossible.

This is unthinking, unfair, and just plain wrong.

No sir. "Older" doesn't apply here, when a small-minded user can knock a post clean out of sight within a femtosecond of its appearance.

If a user sees a post they find interesting they can click the "save" link to add it to their "Saved" page, which is accessible from the drop-down box when clicking the user name in the upper right hand corner.
If a user remembers the title or basic subject of the post they can use the "Search" function and probably find it pretty quickly.
That's two ways off the top of my head I can think of that an older post could be found.
