I completely agree with what you just said. I normally say that arguing over climate change is like to fleas arguing over who owns the dog, and this kid was trying to cite "facts" that are obviously BS but that cartoon just made the kid lose their mind and shut down. LOL

I always say: Yes, the climate is changing, it does so in natural cycles, not caused by mankind in any way.
Climate is weather patterns over a long period of time and the only direct influence is the Sun.
Example: ( one such cycle lasts 400 years as in Solar Max and Solar Minimum - we await solar minimum to kick in during the sun's next 11 year cycle.) ( a more grand cycle last 6K and 12K years- we await the end of the present 12K year cycle and the beginning of the next with in the next 20 years)

If one viewed the Real, un-manipulated data, it would prove to be self evident.
