Then submit a 28th Amendment based on a 5% purchase tax plan for everyone. All forms & methods of purchasing goods, services, & investments, all to be identified as purchases. No further taxation will be handed down by Federal, State, Local governments. The revenues generated for the Government agencies is above their current request for the present day budgets. Research bears all this out.
