Firearm features can be NO MORE restrictive that that employed by ANY law enforcement agency.

The SCOTUS seems to be feckless in that it is shifting away from defending the Constitution. The law of the land document contains the ability to be amended and begins with the boldly written words We The People. SCOTUS should always defend what the Constitution is and if We The People don't like it, We can amend it. The Second Amendment clearly allows states to form militias and the people to keep and bear arms and SCOTUS should clearly state such and do away with all the infringement going on. Don't like it? Amend it!
