I accepted a modest $15 an hour. I had grants from DHHS, the State of Texas, EPA and HUD and only got paid by the one I got from DHHS. The other grants I didn't include anything for myself. That was it. My husband supported me until and after he died.

I had a $6 million dollar grant from Dept of Health and numerous grants in the thousands of dollars. Got the City of Alvin an $8 million dollar sewer grant from Hud and EPA. I sugested and the citiizens of Alvin agreed we pass an $18
million dollar bond issue to be repaid from sales tax funds so our citizens wouldn't be taxed to build new streets. A former boss of mine picked up the entire $18 million...he was Vice Chair and Chief Executive Officer of a Texas Insurance Group. nb

Well my attorney says they screwed up royally. Catch this. I am 88 years old, the widow of a military man who received a Purple Heart and a Bronze Star for Valor. MY only son is a disabled veteran 100%. My husband worked as a Police Sgt when he got out of the Army, helped create and served as the first Chief of the Alvin Community College District, was a Lt in the Brazoria County Sherill's Office and the San Antonio College District first District Chief. Everyone in Brazoria County loved this home boy. I was the first lady to serve on the Alvin City Council in their 100 years in business. And I told the smelly lawyer who called me my blood pressure was 220/190 and holding. I have Graves Disease (Thyroid) and Graves eye disease. I was a lobbyist in Washington for ten years,,,National Association of Manufacturers. I know a lot of people. nb

Before I comment, I have a question: How much did you collect in 'trustee fees' over the years?

Just got a call from attorney (
Big Houston Group....one of the partners!)
He wants to know what it will take to lower my blood pressure. The house now has a value of $2,000,000. I told him 7 figures might please me but I must talk to my attorney first. nb

Strikes me that you must repeatedly make a big fat deal out of not even owning the said property.
    What a pile of Schiff!

Looks like an expensive legal battle coming up to go up against a corrupt system of corrupt actors. Can you win this?

Mr Paxton sold this property valued at
$840,000 to a colleague (?) for $440,000. Paxton's representative gave me 5 days to shut my Charitable Trust down and then I got sued for $18,000 in taxes and the county got the Judgement. I have never and do not own this property. My understanding from my lawyer is they could not sue me but they sure did and I was in the hospital when they did it. nb
