No mourning at this homestead for that peanut farmer who ran the country into the ground. He was weak, weak, weak. Just another 'Peter Principle' example.

The closed market was the reason I made this post.
This action by Wall St is a great example of what Ayn Rand was writing about in Atlas Shrugged.
What a gang of woke vipers.

I should be more serious than this-but it works for me. I woke up yesterday anxious to watch the Dow and my favorite AI stocks. The markets were closed for Jimmy. Then I thought what the heck-they were closed the entire four years he was in office.

I think of the interesting contrast between Carter and Trump, as Carter has his funeral, and Trump ascends to the presidency. They are like polar opposites. Carter portrayed weakness in foreign affairs, and his extreme religiosity led most, or all, of his decisions, for the worst. Carter's damaged thinking that led to many bad decisions for America may be well summarized in Gad Saad's next book, soon to come out, called Suicidal Empathy. Trump is everything Carter should have been. Carter was a "good man" who cared about his fellow man, and meant well, which is admirable, but was not what we needed in a president.
