It's a start, and no I don't see anyone proposing it. Once they've ascended into the Political Class, they are unlikely to do anything to jeopardize their status.

My preference would be to eliminate regulatory agencies. They make laws (regulations are laws in sheeps clothing) and imposed taxes and fines, but they were not elected to do so. Shouldn't that make them illegal under the Constitution?

I read it and I paid attention....it's legal-ly so I struggle a little to understand it all, but it seems like an excellent idea...so we don't get tangled up in all the conflicting regulations and laws on the book. In other words...so we don't get trapped. Of course the gov will reject it...it makes sense and it's necessary...thanks to their convoluted ways. But after all...it is the gov's goal to make laws that the right people will break. It's like paying the gov to set us up for failure. Disgusting cronies.
