Seizing all their assets goes without saying. However, I can't see why they wouldn't be able at least some useful work. I am sure someone out there in the free market can figure out some way to squeeze some money out of their future existence. Execution is denial of victim restitution. I would consider that a crime in itself. Maybe a billionaire can pay a billion dollars for the chance to execute them on live TV. That's still execution, but you would have used the free market to find the best use of resource and the victims would have gotten at least partially paid back.

Pardoning doesn't do anything, it is just empty words. Think about it, nobody has the right to forgive damages (except maybe the victims themselves). Maybe you guys should fix your legal system first before trying to correct injustices it might be causing.

Execution is a waste. Any damage caused must be paid back. It would be better to put them in a labor camp and made to work, earning a wage that would be used to pay back the victims.

I've heard that one possible upside to any such pardon is that the person pardoned can no longer plead the fifth amendment if called upon to testify in court or before a legislative body such as Congress.

There is no mechanism in place, constitutional or otherwise, for this to happen. No practical way either. How do you un-appoint judges, or undo their decisions? Or recover a meaningful amount of taxpayer money that was spent? Or un-pass legislation that was approved by Congress and signed by the President? Or un-borrow the trillions of dollars that were added to the national debt? It can't be done.

No big deal. The SCOTUS would rule that Trump's term was interrupted illegally and it would start in 2025 for 4 years and all actions taken by the illegal administration in the period 2021-2024 were voided.

Be careful what you wish for. The 22nd Amendment states, "No person shall be elected to the office of the President more than twice". If it's proved that the 2020 election was stolen, then Trump would be ineligible to become President in 2025.
