“It’s really hard to govern today. . . . The First Amendment stands as a major block.” – John Kerry [aka TRAITOR]

Excerpt:
"Thus spake the Haircut-in-Search-of-a-Brain who ran for president in 2004. Something must have been amiss in Conception Central the night God made John Kerry. Maybe they were low on inventory up there for the stuff that goes inside the head, so they overdid it on the roofing material. Maybe they assigned him an extra testicle, too, in compensation. It certainly took balls (but not brains) to assert from the stage of the World Economic Forum (WEF) that free speech is cluttering up America’s march to totalitarianism.

Mr. Kerry’s hapless utterance tells you all you need to know about how the party of John F. Kennedy turned years later into a demon-driven cult seeking to smash everything that was once noble and upright about our country. If there is any such thing as disinformation — and the claim is dubious since, really, there is only truth and untruth — then the chief dispenser of it is our own depraved government. Every morsel it issues is some species of Orwellian counter-think.

Just yesterday, former Attorney General Eric Holder, speaking of Mr. Trump returning to office, told MSNBC’s Jen Psaki: “They will use the mechanisms of the DOJ to go after people who are their political foes. This is something that has never really happened in the history of this republic.” Mr. Holder may have been born at night, but probably not the night before last. Apparently, he has not noticed the uses to which current AG Merrick Garland has put “Joe Biden’s” DOJ, bending heaven, earth, and the law to put Mr. Trump behind bars and bankrupt him — not to mention the scores of Trump-adjacent lawyers prosecuted in cockamamie cases based on their efforts to pursue ballot fraud in the 2020 elections."

A democracy can be a lynch mob.
It could also be an Alabama all Democrats KKK meeting I'd hear about as a kid during, say, 1960.

They talk of saving our democracy when they should be talking about saving our REPUBLIC!

Democracy (i.e. majority rules) is a horrible thing if you think about it!

Yes, Kommie Kerry ain't the Lone Ranger when it comes to treason against the Constitution and particularly the First Amendment that they despise.
There abounds a Deep State Swamp of domestic enemies who for selfish ends crave inflicting unconstitutional power over We The People.
They view the current suppression of free speech now rotting the core of Great Britain as a step in a control freak's right direction.
We are to become too afraid to complain as they like termites gnaw away at the foundations of our Constitutional Republic.
After all, they are~~Saving our democracy! Saving our democracy! Saving our democracy!~~ so we all better shut the hell up.

Don't forget he violated the Logan Act going behind the Presidents back on Iraq.
And note, it's not just this one douchebag who who's trying to do an end run around the Constitution,
Heels-Up Harris and the MockingBird Media is beating the "Misinformation/Disinformation" drum.
Because in their evil minds We the People are too stupid to think for ourselves.
And it gets worse. Much worse.
Their are Congress Critters (on both sides of the isle) who are seriously proposing making it a criminal offense to "disagree" with the regimes polices.
Like: Open Borders, Lawfare, The Climate Scam, DEI, Endless Wars, CBDCs, The FED, Stolen Elections... petty much everything that has gone sideways in the last three and a half years..

Regarding the deal, Trump came to them to ask for their vote. I think the ball was in his court to make a proposal. As I recall, he had insulted them by saying they were so small and recommended that they don't waste their vote and instead give it to him. I don't think that was a good strategy. He should have not insulted them but instead offer something they would want. Like I said, a libertarian cabinet position or maybe a campaign promise. For example, cutting government spending by half.

Actually, I think the libertarians are dysfunctional for a different reason.

The libertarians have a cognitive dissonance. The bedrock of libertarian thinking is the non-aggression principle. However, they still believe that there should be government, albeit a limited one. This is where things go wrong in their logic. You cannot have the non-aggression principle AND the state at the same time because the state is non-voluntary and enforces itself on people by illegitimate violence. How can they not see it? I don't get it. This is simple logic.

So, the libertarian party is a bunch of delusional people. No wonder they can't get their shit together.

There is an argument to be made that the CCP has infiltrated the US, the Democratic party specifically, which has already folded to them.

China has high predation levels in their society. I believe these high levels are stuck mid way through the range. So, they are poor, predation is high but it is not increasing or decreasing. Basically, they are stuck in a state in which they cannot clear out predation because it doesn't reach levels leading to self-cleansing. So, everything they produce will be consumed by predatory elements of society. There is not going to be too much left for their state (CCP) to steal.

China has a lot of other problems as well. Their future demographics are not favorable. They have huge environmental issues. Their food security is problematic.

Freedom leads to creation of wealth which can then be stolen by the state to wage wars and take over the world. China doesn't have much of freedom nor wealth. I don't think the CCP will be doing much world domination anytime soon.

It is a nice ad hominem you have over there.

I see it as an inevitability. I can take the hit now or later. I would rather it be now than later. At least I will have a chance to rebuild and have some time left to live free. Of course, it is better if it didn't happen, but I don't see how else the parasites are going to be removed. Trump victory isn't going to result in the physical removal of predatory elements. Predation will increase until everything is destroyed. Then, parasites will kill each other over the scraps. This will remove most of them from existence. Then the cycle will restart.

Nope, they will sit in the corner and bitch, until they are no longer allowed to bitch by the Chinese.

Spiteful lack of compromise. JD and Reason Magazine will pile on Trump with a vengeance, and reap the lack of freedom Kamel-toe offers. More to bitch about and sell papers.

Ok, just to be clear: you want to have the us and world economy and government collapse and fight your way back to freedom and a better government.

You realize that when the US collapses, Europe will fold, as the pathetic cowards they have proven they are, to whatever China wants and China will be the hegemony, ruling the world with an iron fist.

Personally, I think you are a blustering loudmouth, banging your chest for the moment, and later whining like a bitch when you have 1/10 what you did yesterday. “Screw Trump. He is imperfect orange man. Let’s go ahead and let the puppet Kamala win. That is better”.

While I have issues with Trump, and in the past I had hopes that the Libertarian Party would have a positive effect,
I see little (if anything) that the Libertarian Party had to offer to Trump that was worth any "deal."
    Enlighten me.

Trump had a chance with the libertarian party. He could have offered them a libertarian cabinet position in his administration (or something) in exchange for their vote. The art of the deal and all that... Instead he didn't, and he continues to make the same mistakes he did the first time around.

To be honest, I would rather vote for the most radical parasitic option and get this slow torture over with. I think there is a case to be made for ripping the band aid off quickly. I would rather have the collapse happen now than wait until I'm older and less productive. The faster the economy crashes and burns and the masses get what they deserve, the quicker we can get this behind us and move on. In fact, I think if you crash it hard enough fast enough (rather than being slowly eased into it), the masses might come to their senses more effectively and more productive people and capital would still be left over to restart.

There are just two choices and a throw away protest vote. Of those two, Trump is overwhelmingly the best.

It drives me crazy when Libertarians or Objectivists spite themselves over what they can't have.

Back in the late 60’s, I was listening to the news one night. The TV anchor was interviewing a college student about the first amendment. He asked her if she believed in all that it stood for. She replied that of course she did. He then asked her why she thought that anyone who disagreed with her had no right to voice an opinion. She said, “Because they’re wrong.” And that is all you have to know about the Democrats and the Liberals.
