The Ancestry DNA. Here's my TRUE Story.

We were in MS installing software for auto salvage yards. We are taken to this local famous restaurant and sat far in the back at a big round table. Heritage dripping off the walls, with proud black owners of the place (and amazing food).

The waitress is a future model, leaving for NY for modeling in a couple of weeks... Seriously beautiful young black lady.

We are a bunch of white guys, mostly white collar. Tired from a long day, ready to let loose.

And the regular in our group says we have to order their salami platter, it's famous with every different type of salami. So we do. She gets our drink orders. And starts to walk away.

She turns around and asks "Crackers?"
I reply: (in a SLIGHT SOUTHERN ACCENT)
"No, we're good White Folk, Honest!"

OMG. She TURNED WHITE. She started to apologize. I swear, she almost fainted.
[Of course, she wanted to know if we wanted Crackers with our Salami appetizer... LOL]

The regular apologized and made it clear I was joking... We laughed so hard, we had tears in our eyes.

My partner in crime and I had 6 more days of working together, going into Little Rock, AR. And out of the blue one of us would repeat that line, and just start laughing so hard...

We have a large collection in the store, accending shapes and sizes. From day one I familiarized myself with them. Started out doing short tunes like the door bell of avon etc. Started doing more complicated tunes but this last, maybe 9 months have been so busy with different tasks involving inventory management and bringing back products that are still very valuable.
In short, I might bump one or two from time to time but no musical interludes.
