    I think the real story here might be how much the Marxocrats are crapping their pants over the 2014 midterms.

    To inoculate themselves, they threw Holder under the bus.

      There was actually a speculative piece put out by a conservative pundit with this same idea.

      I frankly think that's really damning, as it implies guilt and forces the Democrats to distance themselves from the leader of their own party.

    My reaction at first is that this would be great news. My next reaction is be careful what we wish for because with 2 years remaining for Obama the new person may (as hard as it is to believe) be worse. Note: Let's remember his real name "Eric Withholder"

    We need a new President who will push to Prosecute Obama, Jarrett, Holder, Lerner, and all the rest of the criminals in his administration. They should all be in jail, pensionless.

      Potus will do a general pardon of those under him, and the next CIC will (by tradition) pardon Potus. It's the way it's done in Lootington DC...

      I would put money on this one... the odds of this NOT happening are slim to none.

    Holder has so politicized and perverted the DOJ that it hardly matters who BsHO appoints. You can pretty much rely on the new AG will be a Holder clone or an Obama robot.

    I am waiting for the other shoe to drop. If Obama planned to nominated Holder to the Supreme Court, is that dead? So, who will he put in Holder's job next, with that same goal in mind? I see rocky seas ahead, as long as Prez, Executive Order is in office. Then we have to face the election with Ms. I LOVE Saul Alinsky Hillary out to win. How many will buy her good ole southern gal personna? She will not be running on Benghazi.

      I see several comments regarding speculation of a Supreme Court appointment for Holder. This is an ominous scenario. To imagine a person found guilty of contempt of congress being confirmed to the court is terrifying. The political fallout for any Senator who confirmed before the election would be very risky. They would however have less risky opportunity during the lame duck session after the election. This strategy sounds plausible considering the level to which these reprehensible progressives will stoop. The question then becomes, how do they get Ginsberg or one of the other justices who have expressed, in no uncertain terms, their intent to stay, to retire?

        Well, how to get rid of a judge - "suicide"? Worked with other administrations. Threats if they do not make that opening happen? These people are ruthless Then again, maybe Holder's replacement will be nominated instead, which means they would have to be even worse. Now they are after our IRA and savings to bail the banks out - not a surprise, considering they had a committee in place before Pelosi lost control, to discuss seizing retirement accounts.

    Agree, the Marxists are trying to inoculate themselves for the next election.

    Great improvement for the AG office, but I am very worried The O-ministration will successfully cover up for the fools in the population for the next election.

    The Republicans have got to unencumber their campaign from religiously driven social agendas, and put a leader up with a clear message. We need another Reagan!

    The Obama administration is the horrible example of Adam's remark that our constitutional system of self government relies exclusively upon moral character and honesty. These qualities are not to be found in Islam where lying to advance the cause of the Profit and his God is honorable and blessed. What a great religion.

    If POTUS can get Ruth Bader-Ginsberg to resign, Holder would be in line for a Supreme Court appointment. This would have to be done prior to swearing in of the new Senate so he could be confirmed. As the saying goes, "Be careful of what you wish for. It may come true."
