"Hi, I am NPR. I stand before you to sit behind you to tell you everything you should believe to know about. Here at NPR A is not A. Here A is the A&P. No, not the first chain food store. P is persuasion. Only a racist would call it propaganda. You don't want to be cancelled, now do you? Lockstep march to our drum! Don't let the thought police get you."

It is important for us to understand exactly what "A is A" means.

A=A does not mean that a particular thing cannot have two distinct attributes. An orange is colored orange, and its shape is round. No contradiction there. The contradiction appears when we say, "A is not A." "This orange is not an orange," is a contradictory statement. But contradictions do not exist. Something may have changed, or you may have misunderstood what you thought you saw. A thing, or an idea, cannot both BE and NOT BE at the same time and in the same respect and context.

Any attempt to convince us otherwise, to suggest that we accept "A is not A" as some sort of higher truth is evil.

One day I asked my boss, RT, to help resolve a crazy situation. Another employee, Bob, was acting as if he were my effective boss. So I asked RT, "Is Bob my boss now?" His answer, "Ahhhh, well, ahhhhh," gave me all the reason I needed to seek employment elsewhere.

"Logic," said Rand, "is the art of non-contradictory identification."

Revealing an unexpected contradiction is a basis of humor. A good response to contradictory staatements is to laugh at them. Did Rand have a sense of humor? Look at the very first sentence of The Fountainhead.

    You mean...A is not A?

Yep, NPR is my main source of news, from now on. They tell me what I want to hear, not what I need to hear.

Yeah...since I posted this it's been stuck in my craw. The fact that this lady would be doing a Ted Talk, would have an audience...let alone be running NPR!!!!! This is very dark stuff, clearly. I remain shocked by this entire concept.

Possible. She's easy on the eyes. I doubt it, though. She seems like the perfect operative for this role.

    It's NPR.
They haven't cared about truth in at least 45 years.
They are a DeepState communist-fascist propaganda mouthpiece and always have been.
Defund them and shut them down forever.

I don't normally cross this line of commentary, but did she get this job by applying to the Stormi Daniels/ Kamala Harris employment agency? The brain is definitely missing.

Clearly, this nitwit bozo self-absorbed narcistic communist with the trademark sing-songy, whiney, monotone, npr voice does not believe in the Universal Truth that A = A.
HEY, AIR-HEAD TWIT ! You are evil if you think A is whatever You or anybody else wants it to be.
A=A and will always equal A and only A. To believe otherwise is nothing less than running down the path to your own destruction. Please hurry along...
