I was watching ASp3 the other day and thought came to me during the Galt's Speech scene.

How long after the release of the DVD/BR before some video tech somewhere uses the scene to preempt one of Dear Leader's speeches?

Waiting on the day.

Yeah. It is like "I would like to re-write the Constitution to strengthen individual liberties and limit government." but if we actually had a Constitution Convention what we would end up with is "Communist Mannifesto". Sigh.

Speaking of reassembly, that reminds me: I was calling the Liar-In-Chief Mr. Potatohead off and on elsewhere before I discovered the Gulch. There's just something about those ears and the mole. Those lips that move need to go!

I too think this is a lovely vision. But then, I think, "But it would probably be an extreme socialist or a radical Muslim who would come on the air and speak at us." and my bright dream collapses.

I'm not too sure about that. Some of those guys are actually quite intelligent, just ask someone that's recently retired. They are just doing their job.

Sounds good -- but if it happens, I don't want to be at the scene, because the Secret Service will be looking for somebody to shoot.

We can still dream, can't we? It would be a beautiful thing to watch. The left would go nuts trying to figure out how to stop it quick enough. Luv the thought.

"Ladies and gentlemen, Mr. Obama will not speak to you today. His time is up. I have taken it over..."

During the Northeast Blackout of 1965, I understood several people tuned in their radios expecting to hear, "Ladies and Gentlemen, Mr. Johnson will not speak to you tonight..."

At some point a profusely sweating Obama, gawking with horror at the teleprompter, would start saying "uh, uh" a lot--then his head would finally explode like a space alien in Mars Attacks.

Don't hold your breath waiting for the day. You'll be hunted down as if you were the chief terrorist on the continent.

Hahaha. Actually, I think it’s feasible to load his teleprompter with Galt’s speech and have him read it by mistake. I like doable. ;)
