My girlfriend likes to watch this PBS program Ancestory.This week it showed one of The View pigs....Sonny H. I had to stop eating dinner.

Indeed. She was a timely and convenient nebulous airhead the Neo Communists could use as a party tool their packed jury and court could orbit around as a means to a desired end. It worked so far. I figure if the commies keep succeeding with these tactics such tools will eventually find themselves in a gulag with no idea how they got there.

The fact that she couldn't name even the year of the so-called event which she sued based on should have had the entire lawsuit thrown out. I can't imagine someone who actually underwent rape not knowing the day - let alone the month and year that such an event took place. That the New York Legislature passed a bill that expressly allowed for her to sue beyond the statute of limitations (which when you can't even name the year seems kind of anti-legal too...). The whole thing was a travesty of lawfare.
