You Could Go to Prison for What You Write

I hesitated slightly to post this, given the most recent comment I received, here, full of wild assumptions and accusations. We are in very tough times, surrounded by propaganda, lies, deception at every level. In that context, we have to make a sustained effort to remain critical and skeptical--but to avoid slipping into paranoia, which immediately discredits what we say with anyone but, well, fellow sufferers.

When we start throwing around terms like "Marxist scumbags" (communist contraceptives?), you know we have started talking only to ourselves. Somewhere on the TAS site you can find an old essay of mine on Ayn Rand's use of invective as a rhetorical technique. She was brilliant at name-calling as at all else. They sounded like wild invective but they were absolutely precise in naming a crucial aspect what she was criticizing. Like "witch doctor."

Best thing to do is become NOT dependent on leftists first. Be independently wealthy with ones own company (small), and then speak out whatever you think.

Before that, beware to rise above the radar like Trump. If they could do this to him, they can do it to anyone who speaks out against the left.

They are doing it to Trump because of us. He is our voice in a huge way and they must stop him...us. Freedom and liberty, private property, etc all must go away for the powers that be to be in control. Of the world, not just the USA.

It may come to that point. Or...
It may more likely come to another kind of point, a spear, a sword, or my trusty Navy Seal Mk 3.

When you lose your right to free speech, you no longer have any rights.

Put that in your pipe and smoke it.

Nice work Walter, while reading your article, I was listening to this: https://tuckercarlson.com/the-tucker-... (hope it opens for you)

Your article and this interview intersect.

PS, seems Alexei Navalny was a CIA/MI6 plant to create a culture war in Russia. Is Putin a bad guy? . . . at this point, after learning Russia has similar problems as we, I have absolutely no clue What to think about Putin. It is clear, however, he wanted to play with the rest of us in the west, and the creatures that have assumed rule over us, wouldn't let him on the play ground.

Don't know if you saw Tuckers interview with him nor some of his addresses at the UN.
Knowing the worst individual can sound like a champ and visa versa, doesn't help matters, . at all.

If you play stupid games, you win stupid prizes. Navalny went to jail because he was a spy working against his government on behalf of the CIA and the UK. They’re the ones who benefit from Alexei Navalny’s death all of a sudden. He’d outlived his usefulness.

Doctors, by the way, have released Navalny’s autopsy. They say that he died from a blood clot after being double-vaxed and double-boosted with the Pfizer shot. Okay, if the new story that the bloodthirsty neocons are trying to tell us is that Putin murdered Navalny with the COVID-19 shot, we’d be willing to listen.

Sometimes the need for clarification of a thought involves sarcasm, a wake-up dash of cold water, or a particularly juicy snide comment. If these things are going to put us in the crosshairs, then we've been there for a long time. This insane storm has blown up at nearly the speed of light and even those who saw it coming are having a hard time grappling with the tsunami of lies and obfuscations.
Thank you, WDonway, for a really well written, easily understandable article with on the money bullet points.

I don't know most of the sources for reports that Navalny was a CIA agent, and all the rest of the damaging stories. Obvious they suit the Kremlin very, very well, whether true or not. Once Putin had Navalny in a prison camp, totally isolated and under his control, it does not matter exactly how he died and no report can be believed. Obviously, he was important to Russians. Some 100,000 attended his funeral--a risky thing to do. Some shouting: "Russia will be free."
