        And when the rope is discovered, it is revealed that thousands of different strands of DNA are on it. One strand for each of the individuals that was killed, raped, injured as the result of illegals being welcomed to implement mayhem. The bastard bureaucrats need to be held accountable.

    As I heard it on Tim Pool's program, a tie would have killed the process. That's apparently why "Blake Moore, R-Utah, . . . switched his vote at the last minute in a procedural move to be able to bring the resolution back to the floor." They supposedly plan to try again next week. The other 3, however . . . .

    Update: Blake Moore from Utah changed his vote to Nay so that the motion could be brought up again. Indeed, additional committee hearings are gathering still more evidence against Mayorkas as per his refusal to respond to Congressional committees and even subpoenas.

    This isn't over.

    And let's not forget: it isn't the Republicans who should be held solely responsible. EVERY SINGLE DEMOCRAT IS FACILITATING THIS LAWLESSNESS!

    There is a legal catch in this..... not lawful.
    Mayorkas never had to swear an oath of office. In the US Corporation if "duties" are not clearly defined the office holder is under no compulsion to uphold anything constitutional or policy.

    Wis .... Gallagher is just another Rino pinned to Vos's ass .... which is probably blue too. Hmmmm?

      I'm not an expert on what qualifies as legal impeachment or doesn't; however, if an official occupies a position of authority, able to stop invasion but doesn't--there must be some legal way to remove that person from office. Impeachment may be the only means.

      Even if the impeachment could be denied on legal grounds--as well as not being able to overcome a Dem Senate filibuster--House impeachment by forcing a Senate vote would serve to identify those senators who aren't willing to take a stand against borderless invasion. That would make traitors susceptible to political advertising that would promote informed, future voter retribution.

        Yes, that would be a great optic. Have you noticed the consistent buffoonery being made public? The DNC and RINO participants are being slowly exposed. The 2020 election was the kick-off for the exposure. Wake up the populous. Millions are awakening world-wide because of the upheaval. Millions have turned to their own research instead of consuming the Official Narrative from MSM. That is the key .... Think for yourselves.

        Only in the last four years, of over twenty, have I taken up the endeavor to discern between the Legal and Lawful state of government. The original organic means of representation vs the corporate constitution since 1871. I hit myself with my own dumbstick! How could I be so blind? Well, if one is never exposed, one does not have awareness. Dobrien has posted many things regarding history from Joe Lange and Will Zoll .... this is mind altering to say the least. They correlate to my own studies and exponentially expanded my historical insights.

        OPTICS. Black Hat vs White Hat propaganda. Can you discern the difference between the two? This has been my focus for the past two years, requiring some twenty hours per week. Within the last year I've made the determination that I want to Know instead of being Influenced.

        Solution: Restore the original jurisdictional representation that was abandoned in 1861.

          I agree that "Black Hat White Hat propaganda" can be very effective and deceptive. But it's most effective when there are some facts behind it--facts than can easily be checked, and can't be denied, even on a leftist controlled search engine. During the '30s, the German population didn't have access to an internet to check on Goebel's assertions. People generally believe what can't be contested.

        All positions confirmed by the Senate are subject to Impeachment. That's right in the Constitution. Doesn't matter if they "swore" an oath, etc. or not.

        The Corporation has different rules. This is the difference between Legal and Lawful.
        With the signing of The Organic Act 1871 this country has been administered by a Legal System, not common law nor original jurisdictional representation.

        You are correct about not following US Law.

    what difference does it make if mayorkas or someone else is in the position.....whoever is in the position is told what to say and do by Nobama. The repugs have NO say who is put into the position.
