Court upholds manslaughter charges against subway hero Dan Penny. Dem-cherished right of psychopaths to assault, threaten NYC train riders to be preserved. D.C. jury would convict—NYC, maybe not

If impaneled for jury duty, some jaded NYC train riders might sympathize with Penny despite Neely activists’ claim Penny acted out of racial hate. A D.C. jury would convict at least for manslaughter, if not for murder/hate crime, as surely as they would convict Chauvin

You can know a lot about a person with respect to who they find affinity with. To find affinity with a chronic violent psychopath does say a lot about these DC scum. I pray that a bit of appropriate karma arrives unannounced into their lives.

Has every Dem city turned into a shitehole?
My wife likes visiting museums, that means going to major metropolitan cities.
I refuse. She doesn't seem to understand the potential danger.
I point out all the assaults, I remind her being white puts a target on our backs.
She says I'm exaggerating. I think not.
Now if I could conceal carry my equalizer....different story.

That is totally unacceptable. Our legal ssystem is just irrational and pretty worthless. First rule is NEVER get near a black person, for fear you will upset him/her and you get trashed by our legal system. I always treated people the same regardless of color- until Obama/woke. biden. Now I was nothing to do with black people as a general rule. Too bad for them, really.

    Call me what they will.
If this happened in my neighborhood and I was present,
the perps would not survive and I'd be thanked by every resident.
I probably wouldn't be the only one intervening either.
NIFO D.C. The fedgov is filled with traitors.

I have to take issue with the tag line here. The judge in the case refused to dismiss the charges is all. The tagline makes it seem as if the guy was convicted. Two very different things.

I worked in NYC when Giuliani was mayor. He cleaned it up and I enjoyed working there. Now, there is not enough money to get me to move back. What a hell hole.

The best advice of all, if you can do it. Unfortunately, the slime is creeping its filthy way into every nook and cranny they can find.

More proof there is no saving the people who vote for criminal rule and there is no point in trying to save them.

Well...If you see a person of color who's on a drug bender and threatening women and children you need to let them have their fun. Otherwise, you're a fascist and xenophobe.

Leftists see violent psychopath Neely, not Penny, as the hero; cling to Neely portrayal as “harmless Michael Jackson impersonator"
