For anyone who does not live in New York, or who has never been to Western New York in the winter, that area of our state gets a lot of snow. Often. And yet, the governor thinks (all of a sudden, out of nowhere) everyone living there is so ignorant, they must be confined to their homes until she says it’s safe for them to rejoin the world again. Either that, or she’s just testing you to see how far she can take her totalitarian desires. Or both."

I still have my tinfoil hat on because I think there’s a real possibility they’ll do the same with Disease X - lock down when the illness hasn’t emerged yet. I’ll admit, that sounds nuts. I’ll also admit…you heard it here first. Haha…
Did three-level shoveling. Shovel snow into pile #1. Shovel pile #1 into pile #2 further away to make room for more shoveling. Shovel pile #2 into pile #3.
Was good for my physique. I was the kid in high school phys ed who could not do one push-up. After a week of shoveling I could do Marines-style fingertip push-ups.
Somehow we survived. Erie County will, too.
