    Also prevents Congress from declaring war. Not that that stops military action, such as Korea, Vietnam, etc.

    I suspect not many will pick up on Burisma Romney, but it's a good one! Never knew that about Maxwell. Second and fourth from the end really underscore the first! The little girl making like Josey Wales is spot on, LOL! Love 'em all!

    I think it was Mark Twain that said, "The only time my wallet feels safe is when congress is not in session." I'm seeing that a speakerless congress is almost the same. This idiocy the people have to put up with in congress right now may have a few positive characteristics.

    One of the things we have been discussing locally is: The chaos with speaker of the house is preventing briben from getting any money to launder in the middle east.
