I choose to defend of America's borders and let Israel buy weapons from the manufacturers,
while blocking purchases by terrorists and by their supporting regimes. If Americans choose
to make voluntary donations to defend any foreign country that is not supporting terrorists, that is their right.
I also choose to negotiate the Ukraine policies directly with Russia and obtain Russian support
in cutting off weapons delivery to all countries supporting terrorists.
If Ukraine wants to continue to fight they can do so without US support.
