Agreed, and I only advocate for the destruction of Islam because of their position against essentially everyone else. You cannot negotiate with someone who wants to kill you.

Everyone claims that their religion is the only "true" one. But most allow for people to choose for themselves. Islam is one of the few which explicitly sanctions the use of violence in "converting" people and in punishing those who wish to defect. They also completely sanction violence against non-believers.

Christians and Jews hold that God will ultimately resolve everything and so hold back from initiating violence. That's why there are no more Coptic Christians - they've been systematically hunted down and slaughtered by Islam.

Of note, Thomas Jefferson also recognized that Islam represented an existential threat to the United States (and any free people by extension) as a result of their ideology. And while he goaded Congress into creating the first US Navy and Marines to combat and destroy the Barbary Pirates, he wrote privately of his doubts that this would do any more than delay the ultimate reckoning. Knowing that every Israeli adult serves two years in the army (including Wonder Woman actress Gal Gardot), up until now I had the wrong impression that Israeli citizens were armed to the teeth.

I do have to disagree with this guy on one side, however. It's all fine to categorize these attacks as evil, for so they are. But you don't get rid of evil by patronizing it - a fact he begins to get but refuses to acknowledge. Israel has tried appeasement of various sorts for nearly 80 years and it has never yielded anything but more terror. I completely support Israel if they decide to go in and totally clean house in the West Bank and Gaza strip, killing anyone who won't fully pledge their allegiance to Israel and disavow terror. Hamas is and always has been a terrorist organization with their open and pledged goal of eradicating all Zionists (both Jews and Americans) from the face of the planet.
