New Climate Study: It was warmer in Roman Times than now

"The new study on stalagmites in caves of the Pyrenees shows that modern climate change is nothing compared to normal fluctuations in the last 2,500 years, when it was at times much hotter, colder, and more volatile. Rapid shifts between temperatures were common."

    was also warmer 800 years ago
    the Earth is still recovering from the Little Ice Age
    and the Last Ice Age

    the Great Lakes area is still rebounding upwards from the ice sheet that covered it

    Maybe, that is why Rome fell. Man-made climate change. It must have been due to all those oil lamps and oil cook stoves, and oil heated bawdy bath houses....
