Leftist Biased, Woke Georgia Grand Jury "Went Insane", Targeted Lindsey Graham And 38 Others Over J6. Obvious Kangaroo Court Jury Politically-Based Charges Should Be Set Aside Immediately.

Excerpt:
"The Georgia grand jury, whose 'lunatic' forewoman came under fire in February after she went on national TV, giddy with excitement, and foreshadowed the coming indictments against former President Donald Trump and 18 other defendants...

...went absolutely insane with indictment recommendations. As it turns out, the grand jury actually recommended charges against 39 people, including two former US senators for Georgia, David Perdue and Kelly Loeffler, as well as current US Senator Lindsey Graham (R-SC), who Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger said called him after the 2020 election to ask if it was possible to invalidate mail-in ballots that violated the state's signature-matching law, and whether political bias may have played a role in counties where poll workers accepted higher rates of mismatched signatures.

The avalanche of indictment recommendations was revealed on Friday after a Georgia judge released a report which underpinned GA District Attorney Fani Willis' decision to issue indictments on racketeering charges."
-----------------------------------------------------
GA 2020 election results should be examined with a fine tooth comb by an unbiased independent investigator, all questionable votes thrown out, voting machine counts examined and validated for only voters who were verified by picture id, and the accurately validated votes recounted by an independent agent.
All those charges derived from the GA Woke grand jury should be dropped.

I agree that all the charges should be dropped due to blatantly obvious bias on the part of at least one of the grand jurors.

But assume they do re-examine the 2020 election results in Georgia, throw out the questionable votes, accurately validate the rest, and the difference is enough to give GA to Trump.

What happens then? Does the same thing happen in other "battleground" states (read that "other states where a shitload of Biden votes were magically discovered and counted")? And if you can do that and find enough electoral votes to change the outcome, what happens? How would you change the situation?

These are rhetorical questions, as there's no way to overturn an election and throw out the actual loser out of the White House. It just seems like a re-evaluation of the Georgia election results would be an exercise in futility, only serving to piss us off even more, and further strengthening our firm belief that the election was, in fact, stolen.

I'll quit bellyaching now, as it also serves no useful purpose.

This is Election Interference. That demented old fool, illegally seated in the People's House is proof positive this once proud Republic has gone full Banana Republic. Removal from office (by any means necessary) has never been more justified than it is right now, this moment.

If the election was proven to be rigged then that would be a reason to disband the Democrat Party,
to disenfranchise all those who were involved for the rest of their lives, and to try the perpetrators
for treason and execute the guilty.
However, the Deep State will never allow this.
There is no peaceful, political action that will unseat the Deep State, imo.
I am certain that the GOP will not defy the Deep State.
They are its agent and are willing conspirators.

It was determined there was fraud but, as in today's political climate, that there wasn't enough to change the results. I find few people who don't believe that some dishonesty and fraud are necessary for living in America today. Those, along with force, are valid only as self defense when being threatened where reasoning is not an option.

Remember: grand juries only see one side of things and only the evidence and spin the prosecution brings. Grand juries are also commonly cherry-picked by the prosecution in order to get an indictment. The process relies on a prosecutor/DA with some impartiality and a primary goal to seek justice over ideology. That all went out the window when George Soros began funding political campaigns for DA's across the nation.

It was a brilliant, evil plan by Soros.
The campaign fund raising laws must change to prevent such meddling. Term limits are also needed.

My suggestion would be to limit all fundraising to come from constituents, ie. those who could actually vote for the candidate. No outside funding whatsoever. That would apply both to candidates for State and Federal office and would combat these persistent attempts at outside influence by rich ideologues such as Soros, Gates, etc.

Term limits are a double-edged sword but I favor them in most cases because in my opinion "politician" should be a part-time job rather than a full-time career.

i agree completely, blarman, with a low $ limit per human voter.
No money from anyone not registered to vote for that specific election.
Agree also that "politician" should be a part-time, short-term job rather than a full-time career.
End all retirement pay and health care for politicians after leaving office, too.
The president is just another one of the people, as are all con-gress people.
The US should not honor politicians as royalty. They are temporary public servants.

That forewoman IS a lunatic. The video I've seen of her shows her to be no more adult than a 13 year old who just got her favorite ice cream and kiss blown her way by her favorite crush. She is a clueless idiot, but is a true believer in all the Marxist propaganda MSNBC and NPR can dole out. She's a perfect DS choice for this Soviet trial. The defendants don't have a chance in this court.

This is about more than just the election interference charges. It appears to me that the left is trying to determine how many rightwingers can they fit into a box car...

Until the elephant in the room - black racism - is addressed, this country will continue to deteriorate. I'm still waiting for an American black "leader" to take any responsibility whatsoever, for his own race.

"Forgive them father for they know not what they do"! Georgia voters elected these fools who appoint the DAs and most judges. They will never realise what harm they have and are doing until it bites them in the ass.

I have a question: How is it possible, or how should it be (in an Objectivist world) to fight against the unlimited funds and power available to the government when they bring charges against you? They literally bankrupt all those charged, and none have the resources to have equal legal representation. They force them to plead guilty to lesser charges or flip them for the prosecution.
In a Randian world, how would justice be dispensed fairly? While we know the judiciary is a proper function, how can the defense of any ordinary citizen be on an equal playing field with the prosecution? The 39 recommended charges in Georgia are just one of many examples. I’m looking for the abstract principle to apply our beliefs consistently. This is more of a general question.

The problem with grand juries is that the prosecutor can present whatever they want without being refuted. So an indictment can be issue on anything but proving it in court is where most fall on their face. Nevertheless, the damage is made to the accused.
