Fairbanks, AK “Golden Days” parade float judging brouhaha puts Matt Walsh’s “Johnny the Walrus” on the map. Zealous, freaky reactions like this often spotlight lunacy more than righteous attacks

The obvious winners from this crazy, knee-jerk leftist overreaction are Matt Walsh and publisher DW Books (doubtless a subsidiary of Daily Wire, a major conservative media organization)—as they are now sure to at least double sales of Walsh’s book (available on Amazon and presumably elsewhere).

It’s notable that Suzanne Downing, author of the Must Read Alaska report, described Walsh’s year-old kid picture book as “child friendly.” Such an honest description proves that, while Alaska has its share of woke freaks, there are some down-to-earth people there as well.

63 comments on Downing's report shows lively interest in "Johnny the Walrus" (and related politics)--and can only help the campaign of Fairbanks school board candidate Michael Humphrey. One only hopes that no leftist virtue signaler destroys the float before parade day.
