A death resulting directly from the alleged crime would be the qualifier—ironically it is the death of Trump supporter Ashli Babbitt that prosecutor would use to put Trump on death row

I'd like to know who is so much afraid of Trump they keep making up this stuff! They are trying to cover up the crimes they committed against the folks on January 6 who demonstrated lawfully. No crimes were committed. That liar AOC ought to be charged!

I wish everyone would stop calling it the J6 indictment! There is not one charge in this indictment mentioning J6. I think the lawyers for Trump should move to strike any conversation about J6 from the court proceeding because he was not indicted for J6.
