    More evidence of pure corruption. I suggest all Gulchers read the article for both information and entertainment. Many of the comments at the end are priceless... paraphrasing a couple of examples:

    "I Trust Garland. I trust him almost as much as Ted Kennedy taking my daughter out for a drive or Joe Biden babysitting my granddaughters."

    "We'd be better off if Washington was run by the Italian mafia or a biker gang."
