Next, Section 230 Protection should be rewritten to PREVENT the joyful one sided-ness you did identify. IN FACT, we need a RULING that says "Banks cannot de-person/platform people or groups who require no special services" (ie, the web site creator argument. If you REQUIRE my forced speech, I can say no. But you cannot DENY ME a bank account because you don't like my politics).

Forensic accounting would surely uncover some financial black holes that could only be filled by an entity big enough to “print” it’s own money. With absolutely ZERO interest in generating a financial return for itself. There’s ONLY ONE entity that would do that with OTHER PEOPLE’S MONEY. 🤔

This lower court decision is a big win, but the SCOTUS decisions I post are trivial battles in a lost war.
