Philly shooter/perp is a queer, BLM supporter who just happens to be black. Three "protected classes—no wonder at refusal to ID. Leftist "protected classes" murder and commit mayhem with relative impunity—and leftist media, politicos intend for it to remain that way.

Another leftist mass shooter. Meanwhile, as far as I know, the NRA member mass murderer count still rests on zero. See? - All those lefty gun laws still can't stop a lefty from shooting people.
