Sounds like Biden's version of sub-prime mortgage policies that Democrats can't get enough of.

As they used to say- there is a N in the woodpile on this one. The election of 2020 just doesnt look right enough for me to trust our elections going forward

I thought they were there so he wouldn't get lost from the limo to the front door. No joke. I've watched him go from the helo and walk around to the back of the building while the SS is trying (and failing) to get him to go were he is supposed to be.
You can't tell me someone with such advanced dementia, who lived in his basement for the entire 2020 campaign season, then got 25 million more votes than Barack the Magic Kenyan.
Like JFK, the SS need to be an integral part of the removal procedure.

I think it's a very small club. One that could fit into a medium sized conference room.
Some bodies that run the central banks would be good place to start looking.

So... the people who want to and are responsible enough to own a home are going to be punished for doing so and those who aren't responsible enough get temporarily subsidized until they get booted out on the street by the government when they move to own all the property current mortgaged through Fannie and Freddie.

Mark my words, this has nothing to do with the fees and everything about eventual property confiscation by the government elitists.

Someone help me here. How in the heck can this administration continue to make edicts that would really have to be laws in order to be legit. How is it Constitutional that someone with a good credit score has to pay for someone who is a deadbeat?

This is waaaay to sophisticated for Creepy Joe to have figured out, all by his lonesome.
So the question becomes: who's actually pulling Brandon's strings, then? Klaus? Soros? Bill Gates?

My most conservative of brothers says our senile Puppet-In-Chief just follows the directions of any note his handlers drop on his desk
Since me dino considers Biden's staff to all be zero business experience America-hating radical Marxists, I do believe he's at least mostly right.

You will own nothing, and you will be happy. Think they are intentionally going after people that buy homes?

My family and I moved over from Hong Kong 3 years ago, right before the Chinese sniffles hit and it's been pain and meddling in everyone's affairs ever since.
We just sold our 3% mortgage to an investor, as we are moving and will never do another mortgage again. We will build slowly on our own property or pay cash and renovate ourselves. Moving to the Northwoods where we can be alone and away from people.

I swear, I think that SOB is watching me. Here we are, just finding out we need to make a move to another state, and will need a mortgage for a few months, and ignorant, me, I've been keeping my credit score at 830. Just so a mortgage would be easy and cheap to get if we needed one.

I know it's not nice to hate people but today, I am NOT feeling nice.

Clinton administration meddling created the 2007/8 real estate debacle. This is an attempt at rinse-repeat to destroy what's left of the American real estate economy. More punishment of the responsible so the irresponsible can get free stuff.

More AS becoming non-fiction. This is what Midas Mulligan described in the book.
