    Not going to even bother reading the article.
    I just want to ask... abuse... by whom?

    Maybe they wouldn't be suffering the abuse if they were at hospitals for the criminally insane (only because they don't have hospitals for insane criminals, to my knowledge).

    They should put them in jail until they're too old or weak to commit crimes then. I can't see releasing them knowing they're likely to offend again.

    This is a tough case. If the prisoner comes forward they will face more abuse. If they don't come forward the prison may use that as an excuse not to investigate. I hope someone steps forward and does the right thing.

    They're also the highest paid Corrections Officers. (Not that that means anything really, but it's a true tidbit.)
