You should try the SF bay area, and their Critical Mess stuff... go out on bikes to deliberately obstruct traffic, and then do gang violence on anyone who may try to edge their way through their blockade. It's no wonder that the same region spawned this whole violent Occupy stuff... then again, Oakland isn't known for being in the top 10 of safest communities in America...
Mmmm Mmmm good. I couldn't believe I completely missed it the first time. The problem we have here(I'm in western PA) is that few bikers obey the rules of the road. Many go thru stop signs and don't signal. Dangerous out there.
That was pretty impressive... I've driven in London (and my stepdaughter, who lives there, rides a bike almost everywhere) it's a SCARY experience... and no, I'm not talking about driving on the left part, but the general disarray of everyone everywhere - I think the ad (surprisingly good to come out of a socialist gub'mint) hit home. And may save lives.
I did NOT write that sentence incorrectly...you're reading it wrong. Okay...I probably maybe should have put "on it" in front of "with a black sharpie", but sometimes I just write like I speak. Get your cards yet...ya pain in the ass? (See...sometimes i just write what I'm thinking.)
I must add that "FEWER Than 1%" is arguably the more correct expression. It is arguable by idiom and some history. The formal style guides, such as Chicago, say "fewer."
you would have to be crazy to ride one of those bikes where I live. I stick to mountain biking on sand roads. I have thought about making cards and putting the link to the translated version of AS.
If you're riding on the sidewalk and maintaining sidewalk speeds (5mph), it's better to ride against traffic and obey the rules for pedestrians.
If you're riding on the road, you have to obey the traffic laws for vehicles.
Bicycles are a special vehicle in the eyes of the law in that you go back and forth between pedestrian and vehicle, and you can drive them as a vehicle without a license.
When you take the insurance company to court for denying your claim to pay for your car when you slammed into four cars at a red light a strong case would be “I was watching a moon walking bear” it’s a slam dunk. Better just stick to the old fashioned “Watch where you’re going.”
Now, how's about some homemade bear stew?
I see, stream of consciousness. I've heard of that. A type of glossolalia, I would think.
