Many if not all animals will consume milk from any source, if they can get it.
It took a gigantic asteroid hitting the earth at high speed to wipe them out (and adapting ones with feathers are still flying around).
Since I started to hear the current we better learn to eat bugs garbage, I've begun to eat more steaks out of sheer defiance.
Ate steak yesterday with another steak in my freezer. Had Church's fried chicken the day before I'll be having a BLT for lunch.

A small group of people thought they were eating tasty lamb when the meal happened to be a murdered human.
Can't recall the name of the scary show, how it started or how it ended.
It was that eating tasty lamb that was really human flesh obviously made quite an impression on my young mind.
Alfred Hitchcock had a half hour show he'd introduce way back when. That may have been it.
I was much older when I saw the Soylent Green flick that was in color. First saw it in a theater and then off and on on TV. Or parts of it. Soylent Green kinda looked like cookies. If you went anywhere you had to walk in a huge tight crowd due to overpopulation. I recall at the end of the movie Charlton Heston's character yelling, "Soylent Green is people!"
