In the article there is a sentence that illuminates why this crazy pronoun stuff is ridiculous......this sentence, which reads as follows....."Following the shootings, Hale was killed when THEY encountered officers on the second floor by 10:27 a.m., 14 minutes after the alarm was raised." Note the capitalized letters.....this is insane....I thought for a moment that there were more than one shooter....or that the Times had made a grammatical error. But no, it is in there on purpose. These people are insane and are undermining the country. We wont even be able to understand one another if this continues. It just adds to confusion and Balkanization.

I agree -- this pronoun nonsense and its promulgation is part of the plan to destroy language and then communication. It also normalizes mental illness. This crap is insane.

Yes, definitely confusion. As soon as someone wants to be referred to as "they" or "them" I automatically assume multiple personality disorder. This can be especially bad if an evil dangerous personality is hiding behind a more friendly one when convenient.

In addition, as you suggest evlwhtguy, IMHO, this pronoun soup is only part of the larger agenda to divide us against each other using language. Rewriting the English language along with elevating non-English usage in America is all part of the divide and conquer scenario.

I've got some new pronouns: whom, who's and nowhere. If you can't handwash them I'm saying, those doesn't deverse to reed.

(Anyone who think's I'm trying to outdo James Joyce's /Finnegan's Wake/ is almost correct.)

Whenever someone refers to themselves as "They" I think, okay, multiple personality disorder here, so clearly unstable and mentally ill. End of discussion. The only logical approach to such an individual is to address their mental illness, not celebrate it.

News reports seem to be as confused as I am. Some say it is a biological woman in trans to a man while other claim the opposite. Either way, the one thing we know for sure is it was Nucking Futs. I doubt very much that most of these Tranny types were twisted from birth but they sure as heck got twisted along the way. IMO these people need to be institutionalized like while growing up we had a very big State Hospital for housing idiots who could not be trusted out among the general public.

She had 2 “assault rifles”. How does a depressed scumbag with no drive afford two assault rifles? They aren’t cheap. I smell FEDS. Furthermore why bring two? Unless you think you’re the terminator and can double wield while shooting from the hip.
If the MSM doesn’t bury this by the end of the week it’s a contrived distraction.

One of the "ass-alt" rifles was a KelTec Sub2000. These are 9mm (but can be 40 cal) carbines. They are pistols with a 16" barrel and stock! There is nothing Ass-alt about them, but I wouldn't be surprised if it has done some "alt" with it's ass.

The other is a generic AR15. Whatever! Just one of 100 semi-auto rifles. It's was probably in 5.56x45, perhaps one of the wimpiest rifle rounds in the world. A Ruger Mini 30 is much better, and it is only up from there. She could have done everything she did with a revolver, maybe with some speed loaders. The S&W EZ is an small woman or old-person's carry gun. "EZ" so "it" can rack the slide with lesser grip strength.

See? This is why I like coming to the Gulch. There are folks here that know the important details you'd never get by the MSMM - even FOX nowadays. Thanks, Thor.

This morning Four Seasons (largest firearms dealer in MA) had a special offer on a S&W Shield EZ and a KelTec SUB2000. There were others, but the coincidence got my attention.

I have a SUB 2000. Very nice light inexpensive carbine. Highly recommended. I've been meaning to get my wife an EZ. She is damn strong for a 5'3" woman, but not grip strength (I guess), and can't easily rack a normal slide.

      well....
you can get some for around $600 each
then you need to price magazines, ammo
the M&P EZ that was pictured can be bought new for around $500
      used $400

      valid questions
where do all these looser murderers get the funds??

Maybe it was Daddy who wanted a manly son who could shoot.
Me dino has repeatedly read about nutcase mommies who try to turn sons into girls.
I suppose the reverse can happen.

The rifles were semiautomatic and not switchable to burst or full automatic and thus not assault rifles.

Did you notice that for most of the day the school was blamed for leaving the side door unlocked but the video shows her shooting her way in? I haven't seen any corrections for wrong reporting, even from Foxnews.

Coddling those with mental deficiencies and defects always has a higher potential for violence and morso suicide. These folks need treatment, not jobs with children or any more responsibility than asking “do you want fries with that”.

The school and county needs to be sued for obvious child endangerment.

    Freaks

She was a nut that went lethal. The left is going to use this as another ploy to remove the 2nd amendment, which once accomplished the real carnage will begin, and then a lot of people will suddenly realize why there was a 2nd amendment in the first place.

So this person was sadly doubly-deranged. From other reports, the murderer (let's not mince words) was an avid "Call of Duty" player and spent most of her time in that world. She also attended the school she assaulted as a child. Yet instead of simply being able to choose another path - the path of attempting to alter her fundamental physiology - she instead decided to lash out at the ideology she left behind years ago. Instead of simply being willing to leave it and move, she was so obsessed with it that she issued a "manifesto" explaining how it had wronged her.

Such mental derangement unfortunately is growing ever more common in people who divorce themselves from reality. I fear that these issues will only become more commonplace until we as a society come to grips with the fact that competing ideologies can NOT exist in a cohesive society. People must choose one or the other.

I spent a year languishing in a Baptist private school.
School busing was being implemented, and my parents were scared I was going to be shipped to an even worse school (not possible).

It was a nightmare. The "teachers" were unqualified members of the church, and mission #1 was making sure kids were "saved".
(Seriously, how many 9 year olds can be expected to fully understand "getting saved"?)

It was a combination of constant browbeating by the teachers and the minster who preached at us for half the day on Thursdays, and peer pressure from the students who had already given in.
It was surreal, watching my friends turn one-by-one into the religious version of Stepford children.

The principal, an elder of the church, was interviewed on TV news once. When the reporter asked him to reply to accusations that they used brainwashing tactics on the students, he replied (banging his fist on the desk with every syllable), "If that's what it takes to make decent, God-fearing people out of these kids, then YES, we brainwash them!".

Thankfully I was allowed to return to regular schools the following year (and wasn't bused).

I had recurring nightmares for 25 years.

My guess is something similar happened to this person (XX or XY, haven't heard for certain which yet).
He/she was mentally ill or had behavioral issues, and the parents thought this would straighten them out.

While it IN NO WAY excuses their behavior, it somewhat explains it.

While I in no way condone what happened to you, neither did it cause you to go out and seek "revenge" by murdering others.

This was a conscious choice made by this individual. She was the perpetrator, not the victim.

        That was my point.

I said it somewhat EXPLAINED their behavior.
They may have been a victim as a child.

That in no way EXCUSES their behavior as an adult.

I don't think it explains anything, to be honest. One may quibble with the methods if they were in fact coercive - which in this case we simply don't know - but the last time I checked the fundamental values of any Christian institution don't include murdering people one disagrees with...

Would not kids inundated with crazy sexual prnouns and more sexs than alphabet letters, in school, not be crazy? Are they trans or transitioning. I know, we had one in DC who was a woman on top and a guy down below. But should not they make some commitment? This is all child abuse clear through college. No one knows who they are, an thus they are fluid, and nowhere. Why cannot teachers let kids have some innocence and then find who they are insdie later. Teachers are the dumbest bunch of sex crazed idiot around thses days

The only news outlet that got the firearms right was Newsmax, which referred to "two rifles and a handgun". This incessant howling about "assault weapons" is doing its job by leading sheeple to believe that ANY rifle is an assault weapon. Most don't have a clue that a fully automatic weapon is licensed by the Feds. You can't just walk in and buy one. At least in this case the murdering bitch won't go to trial.

I don't think you have much to worry about losing your guns, they are way to entrenched in your society. This is your world now. Our South African friends are given hand guns when arrive in SA to visit Parents.
Maybe I need to raise this point with my nephew who lives in America. Does he need couple of Glock's on hand for visitors. Gun craft lessons would be needed and time on a range of course
