There is also significant evidence that the WHO was in on it as well as the French (they pulled hydroxychloroquine from OTC purchases in February of 2020). The more likely scenario seems, to me, to be that China was developing enhanced viruses (for any number of reasons) and it got out of the Lab in Wuhan.
