Evil is tenacious in that it can't allow any innocent citizen to defend himself without extracting some payment. The legal system will side with evil if there is money or power to be had. I suspect Huber Sr. smells $$$ at the expense of his dead criminal son.

Legally, Rittenhouse was justified to shoot and kill Huber. But, this is different. A liberal judge will allow this to go forward because that judge is certainly of the opinion that Rittenhouse's right is wrong. This is a problem with our legal system. Ultimately, the liberals take over and win, of course. This is just part of that process.

I just acquired my CCW and it was the second time I went through training and qualification (first time was in a state that refuses to issue). It's a serious deal. Ultimately in situations where you are likely to be maimed or killed you have to ultimately decide to kill the attacker and then face a life of this kind of bullshit, or to possibly die right there. Rittenhouse should have moved to Thailand or Panama or something after he was acquitted...Russia, maybe.... And, I wouldn't have put myself in the situation Rittenhouse was in.
