Half a billion would be better spent deporting the whole bunch and sending Biden and his puppeteers to GITMO to await execution for all the murders and drug and sex trafficking they allowed the cartels to carry out. Not top mention opening doors for terrorists too.

I live in Sierra Vista Arizona -- 8 miles from the border with Mexico. I often encounter the signs of the illegals -- the crap they leave near the crossing as they switch clothing options in order to blend in with the general population. Lots of encounters with border patrol -- my impression on speaking with them -- most of these guys have a govt job with a govt pension and they just follow orders. Lots of catch and release. The illusion of action.
