Awesome, OUC! Love the Mayem reference. Some time back I had to visit a local Allstate office and they had a framed poster of Mayem on the wall. I asked if when they don't want it anymore, I'd like it for my man cave so how do I acquire it? They said stand in line, there are a lot of guys that want it, LOL! Burgess nails it in the end!

I still think a couple of 20mm bullets would have let the balloon slowly deflate and drift to the ground, and let the instrument package be recovered intact. And it would have been a lot cheaper than a sparrow missile which probably runs around $100,000.
