  Replaces IRS with national sales tax of about 23% along with a lot of rules for yearly requirements for consumers and businesses. Even seems to be provision for a tax on use of one's own property.

Any time now I expect to hear the IRS has decided how much we should be allowed to keep of our earnings measured against age and sex. They will decide younger people should be allowed more than the elderly because they require more food, etc.
