Yes, guns are considerably harder to come by in Brazil than in the US--according to some statistics 17M for a population of 214M. But there are no reports of gunfire from either the current Brazilian protesters, nor was there from any of the J6 protesters. No guns, no "insurrection." Dems and media calling something an insurrection doesn't make it one.
